Manager, Marketing (Brand Marketing)

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Team Head, you will be responsible for brand management, new brand development, marketing and communications of our portfolio of wealth & health brands;
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives in terms of brand awareness, lead generations and customer acquisitions;
- Work with sales, product, technology counterparts across different BUs and external agency partners to propose and drive marketing initiatives that support the business growth of our brands;
- Act as the brand custodian to develop and manage brand and marketing communications guidelines and be accountable for brand governance across the Group;
- Conduct market research and customer analysis for planning and reporting purpose.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of marketing management experience from either in-house or agency side, experience in finance/insurance or healthcare industries would be an advantage;
- Experience with track record driving comprehensive 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns for business growth;
- Strong understanding of effective brand management, publicity and marketing communications;
- Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities;
- Great communications and interpersonal skills and ability to lead and inspire the team;
- Great command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin would be an advantage.
