  • University degree holder, preferably in the field of Business

Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or Quantitative


  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, preferably in the

marketing and/or CRM area

  • Strong understanding of customer and marketing dynamics
  • Experiences in retail business, branding, shopping mall operation

would be an advantage

  • Proven ability to design, develop and implement marketing/CRM

strategies and supporting tactics including through multi-media

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills. Attentive to details
  • Excellent communication and polished interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal with different levels of internal customers and

external business partners

  • Strong leadership and sound project management skills

Job Duties:

  • Support Portfolio objectives by formulating marketing and CRM

Strategies, as well as implementing all supporting tactics

  • Lead a team of internal professionals and external agencies in

launching new platforms, events and campaigns

  • Engage and collaborate with central marketing team and other

portfolios of the Group to identify and develop relevant marketing

opportunities that generate synergies across portfolios

  • Communicate area brand story and positioning to business partners and

mobilize support through partnership campaigns

  • Conduct regular analysis to monitor portfolio performance
  • Identify areas for action and generate useful business insights
  • Initiate and conduct relevant market studies to identify trends and

highlight revenue opportunities
