To meet our business development needs, we are inviting high calibre professionals to join us for the following position:
MANAGER (MEMBER AND PUBLIC RELATIONS), MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS [Ref.: M(MPR)-M&C]
Role and Responsibilities:
In charge of all corporate matters including Council election, public elections and Institute general meetings
Manage all corporate events including joint events with other organizations
Responsible for all non-technical membership services and benefits including group insurance; merchandise
discounts; recreational, lifestyle and networking events; HKICPA branded merchandises and BOC affinity credit card
Oversee all the activities under the Sports and Recreation Committee, including internal and external competitions;
cross-border events; joint professional and stakeholders' activities
In charge of the HKICPA branded merchandises including its sourcing and marketing
Oversee the centralized logistics support function
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, stakeholders and professional organizations on collaborative projectsĦH
Review budgets and perform budgetary control on all the projects/events within her / his scope of duties
Handle any ad hoc projects as and when assigned by Head of Corporate Communications and Member Services
Qualifications and Required Attributes:
Degree or above in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism or related field.
8+ years of solid experience in member services, public relations and event management at sizable organizations or
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, meticulous and outgoing personality
Proactive and a good team player with a positive attitude
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing, etc.
Willing to perform overtime duty
