  • Monitor the document verification process for Octopus physical and electronic merchant applications meets the committed service level agreements and the document submitted for application processing meets the required guideline and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the performance of outsourcing service provider(s) and ensure they meet the agreed service standard and turnaround time.
  • Define user requirement and prepare testing cases and support the system enhancement implementation
  • Plan resources to ensure adequate resources are allocated for completing merchant requests and handle kiosk operation issues on time and meet the KPI

A right fit for your portfolio?

  • More than 10 years in document verification of online and mobile merchant (payment), small and medium size merchant/company (SME), and secured and unsecured SME loan processing or account opening/application processes, and merchant services and operations in banking or payment industry, of which at least 5 years in supervisory or assistant manager position
  • At least 3 year of vendor management experience
  • Relevant experience in Financial Institution or payment industry is preferred
