One of our key clients is urgently seeking an experienced candidate to join their Channel Management function with an important remit of driving multi-channel strategy for their retail banking business.
Reporting to the Head of the Function, you will be responsible for analysing, planning and implementing initiatives across various channels to increase and improve operational workflow across the business. These initiatives will be implemented to enhance client experience, increase sales revenue, and continue being compliant to their internal policies, and external regulations. This is an individual contributor role within a very lean team in the Bank.
