- Maintain and support software tools including ticketing system and smartphone applications for engineering operations
- Evaluate and enhance software tools for operational efficiency improvement
- Capture user requirements for new features development
- Develop javascipt codes for software functions
- Administrate system database and review security measures periodically
Requirement
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in system implementation, vendor management, project management, and data modelling, data access framework and analytics
- Hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript development
- Familiarize with Web Services (SOAP/JSON) / API development and integration
- Experience in database maangement such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PsotgreSQL
- Knowledge / Experience in agile process, CI/CD, Apple/Android application development and telecom operations is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
