Your 'day to day'
You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. You will support the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC) in Hong Kong.
You will supervise the NPI Supply Chain function and develop a strong team and instill continuous improvement culture in the team.
'Establish process and drumbeat to run project efficiently
. Align with key partners and define goals for the team efficiently
. Establish processes, procedures and tools
. Develop procedures to support NPI process and document Work Instruction.
. Provide clear visibility of projects timeline, transparent demand and supply plan
New Product Launch
. Propose ramp profile to support launch target base on agreed capacity to smooth production.
. Align with Key-stakeholders to agree on launch plan to achieve Zero missed launch target.
. Partner with Development team to design for supply chain - standardize components, multi-source etc.
. Handle Risk Buy process to ensure component readiness for build plan. Assess material risk, raise flag and bring up for mitigation action
. Partner with Supply Planning team to achieve smooth transition for launched products.
Rework and Integration Project
. Liaise with cross-team members and service providers to understand scope of the project and create plan for execution.
. Be the conduit between S&OP, Project team and all supply chain functions on supply and demand plan alignment.
. Provide visibility on supply, demand and exposure view to stakeholders and get results according to plan.
KPI and Performance Review.
. Define KPI to measure performance for EMS and have regular review meeting to identify corrective actions and improvement plan.
Who we're looking for
. University degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain/Industrial Engineer/Business Statistics
. Minimum 15 years or above working experience in Supply Chain Management (supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, project management). Experience in S&OP Planning. Leadership skills in developing, motivating, and leading a team of highly skilled individuals. Exposure to multinational & electronic environment are preferable.
. Good interpersonal skills in both written and spoken languages in English, preferable with bilingual language in Mandarin / Cantonese.. Functional skills:
Good knowledge in planning tool (i.e. SAP or E2Open) Excellent MS Office skills [particularly Excel - including creation & analysis of large database] and knowledge of Power BI is preferable
. Action oriented, Rational thought with sense of urgency, Problem Solving Attitude, Capable for working independently, Eager to learn and willing to listen for new ideas, Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
