SHERATON HONG KONG HOTEL & TOWERS

Job Summary:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the venue including but not limited to budget control, revenue and expenses, guest experiences, promotional activities, and associate training and development.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel Management or related discipline.
  • Proven track record of Fine Dining restaurant experience preferably gained in sizable hotel and/or upscale restaurants, of which 5 years at managerial level.
  • Excellent service and guest relation experience
  • Sound wine knowledge.
  • Good experience in food hygiene system such as HACCP.
  • Solid F&B marketing concept & experience a plus.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit.  Strong leadership with excellent communication skills.  Resourceful and business driven.
  • Good spoken & written English.  Ability to speak Mandarin an advantage.
