Manager, Personal Acquisition & Deepening

The Role Responsibilities
Support to formulate and execute strategies to deliver growth in Personal Segment client base and realize the revenue & operating profit opportunity through deepening relationship with the clients.

The role is to support the acquisition, deepening and CVP of Personal Segment via:

  • Acquisition of New-to-Bank (NTB) clients to Personal Segment through physical and digital sales channels
  • Engagement of Existing-to-Bank (ETB) clients to drive product take-up and wealth penetration
  • Planning and implementation of segment CVP


  • Plan and execute acquisition & deepening programs end-to-end, coordinating with Products, Digital Banking and Marketing to ensure smooth program launches
  • Plan and execute campaigns & use cases on persona-led penetration and customer sub-segmentation to cross-sell Deposit, CCPL and Wealth products
  • Conduct analysis of program effectiveness in driving product take-up, penetration, and AUM & revenue growth
  • Conduct regular business, customer behavior, market and competitor analysis to continuously evolve segment CVP
  • P&L management, reporting and analyzing financials to ensure KPIs are being met
  • Personal client experience management via handling of customer enquiries, complaints monitoring, and NPS action plan


  • Execute Campaign Design and Campaign Management processes
  • Support the management of budgets and KPIs, and ensure they are accurately reported & forecasted throughout the year

Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to bank’s risk management framework and conduct requirements


  • Ensure adherence to bank’s legal & compliance requirements
  • Establish clear and well documented business processes, establish checking & mitigation mechanism to ensure proper implementation

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related disciplines
  • 5 – 8 years relevant experience in Banking, Product Management, Marketing or Sales
  • Mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation and commitment with good business sense, problem-solving and influencing skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with exceptional analytical, planning and reporting skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, managing deadlines and unexpected changes in priorities and requirements, adjusting quickly as circumstances dictate
