  • Provide value-added financial/operational analysis for the Division, focusing on planning, budgeting and analysis aspects.
  • Perform financial forecasts for the itinerary planning process and for the new build projects through regular liaison with all relevant departments.
  • Keep Management informed of business performance by preparing relevant analysis for the Division’s responsible departments including weekly, monthly and quarterly financial/operational analysis.
  • Monitor cost drivers and ensure budgetary control by preparation of the Division’s budget and reviewing the budgets of the Division’s responsible departments.
  • Identify opportunities to instigate any value-add initiatives such as operational efficiencies and cost savings for the Division’s responsible departments.
  • Perform regular market comparison and competitor benchmarking analysis.
  • Engage in regular business review by preparing monthly Management Committee Meeting materials for the Division, including cost variance analysis and operational status update.
  • Assist management reporting by preparing quarterly Board Meeting materials for the Division, including competitor cost benchmarking and fleet status update.
  • Other ad-hoc financial/operational analysis as required, including acquisitions and disposals of assets.
  • Prepare extensive market update and presentation materials for senior management and external functions 



  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance/business analysis field, preferably with CPA, CFA or related qualifications
  • Undergraduate / Masters degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Economics,Mathematics or Computer Science
  • Excellent experience in financial modelling with statistical methodology is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent coordination, analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge in the travel industry and experience required
  • Ability to conduct presentations in a logical and clear manner
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (traditional & simplified).
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Occasional travel may be required
