Manager, Policy Administration

  • Develop and manage Policy Administration Function including premium collection, policy payment, policy renewal, financial change (e.g. policy loan, withdrawal of account value) and non-financial change (e.g. change of correspondence address, change of signature)
  • Identify areas for improvements, drive and implement change in Policy Administration (e.g. service flow simplification and informatization) for Service Excellence
  • Enhance relationship with policy owner, issue letter and SMS to update customer in due course for company communication and policy changes
  • Work with Sharing Centre to achieve highest standard of efficiency
  • Review productivity, error and other management reports
  • Draft and update Policy Administration procedures manuals to ensure compliance & regulatory requirement are met
  • Review policies and process of policy changes
  • Perform system development and enhancement, as well as User Acceptance Test
  • Manager, train and develop Policy Administration staff
  • Provide support to Operation function when necessary


  • University degree holder or above in any discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in policy administration with solid knowledge in Life Insurance will be essential
  • Passed paper I & III of IIQE and qualified for Insurance Agents Registration under HKFI and LOMA qualification is well regarded
  • Attention to details, proactive with can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing
