Manager, Process Management (Bank)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality & service excellence (QSE) projects for departmental/cross functional process improvements, change management in work culture, people and organization structure.
  • Review and identify process issues and provide ideas and recommendations for improvement
  • Formulate policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements, operational risk and internal control guidelines
  • Conduct training on quality and process improvement topics
  • Manage ad hoc operational and automation projects

Requirement:

  • University degree in Banking, Finance or Business related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ experience in process improvement, change management and project management in service/finance/banking industry 
  • With Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
  • Strong project management and analytical skill
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication and people management skill 
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
