Perform regular on-site quality assurance and monitoring field work related to regulated activities, mainly in stock trading business, and also investment and insurance business performed by the branches
Perform sample checking and examining tasks for branch operations such as account opening procedures and pre-defined counter services operations
Investigate and analyze the deficiencies found and make detailed and timely communication and follow-up actions with the branches
Produce internal investigation reports and related MIS information and analysis
Manage and support ad-hoc projects related to the quality control and monitoring functions
Degree holder in related discipline preferred
A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in banking industry with product and/or project management experience
Good knowledge and over 2 years of experience in dealing in Hong Kong, China, and other equities, futures and options
Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards on regulated activities
Team player with sound analytical, planning and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
