Act as digital platform and product owner to drive digital innovation & experience uplift, and manage day-to-day digital business for the bank.
Identify, plan and implement digital business opportunities with ultimate targets of acquisition, revenue and usage.
Implement innovation and enhancement throughout the whole project development cycle as business user. Responsible for end-to-end project delivery such as business case & requirement preparation, idea clearance, risk & compliance clearance, UAT management, business deployment activities and post-launch promotion activities…etc.
Work closely with products owners, marketing, IT, risk and compliance…etc.
Plan and execute marking programs for online products and services
Responsible for BAU activities such as incident handling, regulatory and MIS reporting
Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, e-commerce, information system or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the retail banking industry with experience in digital product / project development.
Strong communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Project Management
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
