Lead or participate in assignments relating to procedural improvement, branch renovation projects and system enhancement align with bank’s business direction
Work closely with retail branches and internal departments to ensure successful launch of all implementation programs
Assist in developing and executing the strategies, initiatives and plans on branch network development and management
Perform quantitative analysis to keep track of the performance of sales and retail branch network
Coordinate the establishment of new branches, relocation and refurbishment of Branches
Support to develop retail branch transformation initiatives on digital innovation
Experience in bank retail branch designs and renovation projects will be an advantage
Degree holder or above in Business Management, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail banking services
Solid experience in branch network management, preferably with knowledge of banking ordinance / regulatory requirements and data mining tools (esp. SAS)
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Project & Network
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
