Manager, Relationship Management - Private Banking
Job MatcherMain Responsibilities:
- Support Relationship Managers on all aspects of customer services including accounts set up, handling account opening documents, drafting client profiles, answering customer enquiries, booking of banking/investment products, confirmation of deals, researching on investment / product information as required
- Prepare mortgage loan applications or underwriting of any other credit services required by clients
- Assist in ad-hoc marketing/operations projects and general administration
- Joint client calls with Relationship Managers for marketing exposure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years or above of work experience, preferably from Private Banking
- Possess HKSI & HKFI qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese)
