Should you join our Secured Loans business, you will work closely with our professional, innovative and committed staff to develop and enhance secured loan products to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic market environment and to deliver premium services to our customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Relationship Support.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Oversee the Mortgage Relationship Support Team to provide a high standard of sales support to mortgage relationship managers
  • Provide support in acquisition of business from various channels, including, mortgage brokers, branches, hotline and digital channel
  • Work and provide robust sales support to sales teams to ensure end-to-end sales process is smooth. Guidance and supervision to team members in carrying out their duties.
  • Work with mortgage relationship managers in establishing business relationship with business counter-parts, including property developers, agencies or broker
  • Collaborate with product and channel teams in launching business promotional campaigns
  • Work closely with internal business risks monitoring teams to comply with the Bank’s internal guidelines, Global Standards and regulatory requirements

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration  or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, with exposure in mortgage relationship and sales  support and services; experience in sales monitoring compliance, operation support service, and leading projects would be an advantage
  • Solid experience in managing retail banking channel sales, mortgage sales and operation processes
  • Sound operations and people management knowledge
  • Strong self-motivation and strong supervisory skills in leading a team of sales and relationship support team
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective service processes
