Manager, Resources Planning (HR Business Partner)

  • Provide one-stop services to line departments on manpower planning, talent acquisition, HR advisory and change management
  • Assist in HR policies review & implementation, and participate actively in various Human Resources events, functions and projects
  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking or financial sector, with massive recruitment exposure is preferred
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and strong in communication, analytical and project management skills
  • Proficient in written Chinese and English

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Deputy Manager, Resources Planning

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
