As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank’s retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.

Should you join our Insurance business, you will focus on maintaining close relationships with our corporate and individual customers, and providing them with premium service. You will also be expected to develop new insurance products and distribution channels to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic environment.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Retail Banking and Wealth Management Insurance.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Drive insurance channel initiatives to achieve business goals; including tactics to enhance insurance proposition and segmentation strategy to deepen customer penetration
  • Devise channel initiatives to drive insurance sales momentum with aligned business focus
  • Connect with key business stakeholders through collaboration meetings/ discussions to  align business focus and relevant supporting (product/ marketing) tactics
  • Perform analytics to identify insurance business potential for targeted customer segment and devise segmentation initiatives to drive cross selling and penetration
  • Held responsible to manage and monitor related matters on distributing insurance business through manned channel
  • Leverage on Bank platform and customer touch point to maximize insurance awareness



  • University graduate in business administration, marketing and finance related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years' working experience in insurance industry/ or with exposure to business planning an advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication and presentation skill to various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
