Manager, Robotics Processing Automation Controller


What is the opportunity?

As the Manager, Robotics Processing Automation Controller, you will responsible for scheduling and running automated processes in the production environment; support and troubleshoot existing processes and assist with the implementation of change requests and process enhancements; and create and maintain supporting documentation, including process incident logging and performing script reviews to ensure best practices are met.


What will you do?

  • Work with various teams across Wealth Management Asia to manage all aspects of implementation planning and coordination of releases
  • Ensure Robotics Processing Automation (RPA) process solutions are developed in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions while meeting RBC technology standards
  • Ensure solution documentation and project lifecycle meet audit requirements
  • Troubleshoot and preform root cause analysis on problems that may occur and report back to management
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Resolve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Actively monitor system changes that may impact RPA processes in production and in development and effectively communicate these changes to senior management and the development teams
  • Develop and present solutions alternatives along with recommendations to management.
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and interface groups using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to closure and facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration


What do you need to succeed?


  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Hands-on experience in software development such as C#, Python, VBA, Java, C++, .NET, HTML or JavaScript
  • Proven track record in the implementation and integration of complex technologies and cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated experience through all phases of the technology life cycle including project planning, requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing and operational transition
  • Experience in the financial sector with a demonstrated ability to understand the broad range of systems and processes utilized across a large enterprise
  • Demonstrated experience in an production environment support role



  • 3 years or above relevant experience with Wealth Management Businesses and Operations
