Job Purpose:

Leads and manage the team to support Direct Channels Project and Change management. Provide planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating on overall projects to ensure effective execution of plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with relevant parties to identify business needs. Driving process changes and implementation of process re-engineering across Product, IT, Risk and Compliance operations.
  • Lead the team to prepare project proposal, review function design specification, UAT, compile user manual and arrange user training.
  • Develop, implement and enhance new & existing Direct Channels projects such as Cardlink, CSP, CSS, TeamPOINT, BOSS, VRU, etc.
  • Allocate sufficient resources to perform User Acceptance Test and ensure progress on schedule.
  • Monitor the User Acceptance Test to ensure the system development as defined in the User Requirement & Functional Specification.
  • Monitor the production check verification to ensure the wellness of system implementation.

Incumbent Requirements:

  • University graduate or above with minimum 8 years of banking experience in project management / lower academic qualifications with substantial years of working experience.
  • Familiar with retail banking products & Call Centre systems/operations.
  • Strong in project management & negotiation skills.
  • Strong Product, System & Operation sense.
  • Very customer focus when working with internal customers.
