  • Assist the team head to formulate, develop and implement marketing programs to achieve the targeted credit card loan business and portfolio growth
  • Prepare business proposals and program evaluation, drive internal departments and external parties for the launch of new initiatives and regular programs
  • Manage and closely work with call centre, and different sales channels to ensure they can meet the assigned business targets
  • Proactively drive marketing programs by negotiating and co-ordinating with internal departments
  • Review segmentation strategies and develop segmental & data-led marketing programs to maximize customer profitability
  • Provide program evaluation and portfolio analysis to facilitate future plans


  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years solid marketing experience in banking/credit card industry
  • Strong analytical mind, self-motivated with good market sense
  • Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives
  • Analytical with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in management of external direct sales or telesales agents would be a plus
