  • Manage a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and other HR related activities
  • Review and update the HR policies and procedures in line with the latest market HR practice
  • Assist in preparation of budget and forecast exercise
  • Monitor HRIS implementation
  • Assist in ad hoc projects
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 4 years relevant experience
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Human Resources Manager
