Manager - Service Provider Management

  • Ensure security service provider fulfil all the contract requirements
  • Conduct regular meetings with security service provider to review performance
  • Ensure reports submitted by the security service provider are submitted on time and up to the requirements
  • Measure the performance of the service provider according to KPIs
  • Research and benchmark on market best practice for improvement
  • Review and monitor quality of services and standards for deployed posts
  • Handle customers complaints related to the performance of the SP
  • Review the existing security operations process and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Degree holder in relevant fields
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working / supervision experiences in security / hospitality industry, control room operation and operational deployment of security guard(s)
  • Good command of written / spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and conversational standard of spoken English
  • With workable computer skills
  • Possess a valid Hong Kong driving license (vehicle category 1) and first-aid certificate is preferred
  • Holder of a Valid Security Personnel Permit
Competencies Required:
  • Good leadership Skills
  • Good Problem Solving Skills
  • Able to develop basic security plans, event operation plans, and traffic control procedures and programs;
  • Basic knowledge and operation of CCTV, access control, intrusion devices, alarm systems and similar technologies;
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all level with professionalism, respect and with emphasis on client-centered service;
  • Practical experience in crowd management, vender service compliance, hotel management, is preferably.
