Working in a supportive and dynamic global sourcing environment, you will be based in Hong Kong and lead social compliance function by working closely with headquarters and  3rd party compliance consultant  to focus on social compliance (SA8000/WRAP/ISO9000) covering Ethical, Social, Environmental, Energy, Chemical Safety, and Health etc  within our garment vendor partners/ and fabric/trims suppliers. in China and Asia regions.   You will also communicate to them  the continuous update and interpretation of international law.

Reporting to the Director, you will drive implementation of all compliance initiatives, through discussion with sourcing leadership and external stakeholders to identify course of actions to compliance issues.  You will drive for continuous improvement, create measurable goals, and develop corrective/preventive action plans.  Developing and maintained effective strategic relationship with vendors and suppliers, you will provide training and seminars to ensure consistent understanding at all time.
