The Manager, Staffing & Talent Acquisition will serve as HR Business Partner for different business units in the Company and drive all talent acquisition and retention initiatives to support the business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for HR account servicing, recruitment and employee relationship function for different business units
  • Understand the businesses’ requirements and effectively translate these into workforce, staffing and development requirements.
  • Devise and implement staffing strategy.  Use various channels to attract and recruit talents in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • U-grad with major in business or human resources.
  • Over 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner in provision of the entire spectrum of HR services to different business units.
  • Experienced in FMCG, beauty/wellness/retailing industry an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, well organized and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer-oriented, a good team player, flexible, highly organized and able to handle multitasks independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills – ability to listen, communicate, be trusted, and influence employees at all levels.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Those with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
