Manager - Tax Reporting Asia

Join a global tax group and help our Asia region achieve accuracy and integrity of the group’s tax balances.

As our Tax Reporting Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide tax support to all business units and manage the Group's relationship with revenue authorities and tax advisers in the region. You will also have the chance to work closely with Tax Advisory, Finance and various other internal business operations in the Asia region.

Working with a supportive and high performing tax team, your key responsibilities will include managing tax compliance reviews (taxes will include corporate tax, withholding tax and indirect taxes), accurately forecasting tax balances and reviewing biannual reconciliation of income tax expense and deferred tax balances in the Asia region. You will also be required to apply internal tax division policies relating to transfer pricing, foreign tax credits and assisting in the maintenance of transfer pricing documentation

You will be a qualified chartered accountant (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience who ideally has some investment banking experience. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of key corporate tax and indirect tax principles and have ideally gained experience within a large commercial organisation or chartered firm. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills who also has the ability to develop internal client relationships with members of internal Finance and external relationships with advisors and revenue officers.
