Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production stability by implementing best practices, enterprise standards, governance, and well-defined processes (ITIL)
  • Recognize potential problems and take appropriate preventative action
  • To be a team manager managing a sizable team under infrastructure of the Information Technology, establish measurable goals for staffs development, manage team budgeting and relevant audits.
  • Provide leadership for helpdesk and onsite support team to Hong Kong and Regional offices and also HK advisor office with large user base with staffs, secondment & advisors.
  • Monitoring day to day workload for the teams and ensure all incidents/requests/vulnerability are responded and closed properly
  • Ensuring interim workaround and permanent solution are fully implemented for minimizing service impact to the businesses
  • Manage End User Computing and corporate aligned technologies as well as bring in appropriate end user technologies through approval process
  • Drives EUS global and local initiatives and represent HK USS team collaborate with other teams & users
  • Develop training materials, process workflow and internal IT communication

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive End User support knowhow and experience with track record in leading a sizable team to support hundreds to thousand of users in multiple office locations.
  • End user vendors management experience
  • Post-secondary education in computer related fields with Certifications that show relevant knowhow.
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with all level of stakeholders from senior management to general staffs or advisors.
  • Support experience of Microsoft Windows, O365, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Support experience of PC/Mac deployment project, MDM for iOS and android devices etc.
  • Working experience in Banking and Finance industry is an advantage
  • 7+ years of deskside and/or helpdesk experiences
