Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales management support and monitor sales development activities in Hong Kong / Macau.
  • Responsible for product launch preparation, promotion campaigns to support key accounts sales.
  • Planning and executing Teva Corporate Branding activities in market.
  • Provide product-training support to trade sales team and work with distributor(s) to support the promotion campaigns.
  • To ensure timely sales report, analyse sales trend and monitor sales performances by trade sales team leading to sales target achievement.
  • Devise incentive schedule for trade sales team, quarterly promotion activities and working with the Marketing Manager on details of aids required for exhibitions / conference / symposium.
  • Work together with the supporting functions such as supply chain, commercial quality, and regulatory affairs to ensure the achievement of sales objectives for Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Collect market intelligence and gathering of competitive information in the continuous development of product grid for filing.
  • Develop new business opportunities, expand on the existing percentage of market share, and grow the sales volume to meet the sales target plan. 



  • Bachelors Degree in Science


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years are in sales manager role.


  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good networking with healthcare professionals and others
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • Positive, self-motivated and proactive
