Manager (Training & Development)


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the corporate training function. He / She will work closely with related parties in the identification of training needs, design and delivery of training solutions, measurement of training effectiveness for building / enhancing organizational capabilities. Other associated responsibilities include vendor management, learning centre management, maintaining training record system, supporting talent development, and assisting ad hoc projects as assigned by management.


  • Degree in Business Administration, Training or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in organizing, designing and conducting training
  • Proven hands-on project management experience
  • Knowledge of field coaching and training experience in the service / hospitality industry a definite plus
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
  • Mature, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision
  • Passionate for developing people and promoting continuous learning
  • Hands-on experience in using TEAMS, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
