Hang Seng’s Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to reinforce the brand of Hang Seng Bank, drive acquisition and usage of the Bank's product and services, strengthen customer loyalty to build long term relationships, and provide internal business units with marketing support to deliver a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank. 

We are currently seeking a high caliber marketing professional to join us as Manager in Wealth Management Marketing Department.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Formulating marketing plans in support of the business and marketing goals to capture business opportunities and support business growth on the Bank’s wealth management products 
  • Drive effective and measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns to sustain portfolio growth and enhance customer experience for the Bank’s wealth management products
  • Ensure marketing materials developed comply with the brand guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements and adopt a consistent and robust approach to manage resources and risks
  • Collaborate with relevant parties and manage suppliers to ensure quality deliverables in a cost-effective manner and smooth launch of marketing programmes
  • Monitor program progress/ effectiveness and conduct post-program evaluation for future improvement
     

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline 
  • Solid experience in Marketing, with exposure in wealth management business and knowledge of banking / event management, insurance or investment products preferred
  • All rounded marketing skills with good understanding of latest developments in the marketing and media scene, together with proven experience in running end to end marketing programs 
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, negotiation and project management skills
  • Strong self-motivation and customer orientation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Resourceful, with excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese 
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

Less experience can be considered for junior position.
