JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, budget planning, daily administration, hygiene and work safety issues etc.
  2. Responsible for cost & inventory controls to forecast and achieve restaurant’s sales targets
  3. Lead and supervise the team to deliver high quality of customer service and operation efficiency
  4. Work closely with Chef, and other hotel department on food promotions, menu planning, marketing plans and loyalty programme
  5. Contribute new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards
     

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma holder or above in Hospitality industry or relevant disciplines
  2. At least 6 years relevant experience in fine dining restaurants
  3. Customer-oriented with strong leadership, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  4. Self-motivated, responsible and have real passion in catering service
  5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and/or other foreign languages (esp. Italian/ French) would be an advantage
  6. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager
