SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE
The appointee is responsible for overseeing the provision of administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of Chinese Medicine clinics. Major duties include: i) setting up and reviewing policies and procedures for effective operation of the clinics; ii) assisting in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans for the development of clinics; iii) handling complaints and other relevant matters; iv) liaising with government officials, business partners and stakeholders for collaboration projects; v) planning and managing publicity and promotion activities; and vi) providing secretarial services to committees.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree or professional qualification, with at least ten years of relevant work experience at managerial and supervisory level. Experience in clinic operations or similar service environments is desirable. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is also essential. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as sound analytical and problem-solving abilities. He/She should also be able to lead a team and handle various tasks independently.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
