Manager/Assistant Manager - Training and Sustainability

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of the Group Sustainability Strategies and ensure action plans of internal teams to align with the our strategies and goals
  • Manage and delivery of the Group ESG/Sustainability reporting annually to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • Manage the Group's data gathering platforms to ensure appropriate, accurate and timely collection and analyze for reporting and strategic input
  • Responsible for a full spectrum of Training & Development function including delivery of in-house training and seminars (such as team building, coaching, management skill, etc), coordinating with external consultancy on training & development events
  • Develop training strategies to align with business direction
  • Identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs
  • Participating in Talent Pool execution programs
  • Responsible for the formulation and implementation of yearly staff training and development plan and policies
  • Prepare routine training and e-learning materials, manual development and Maintain HRIS training database
  • Participating in Listed Company ESG programs
  • Plan, organize and execute Employee Relations and Welfare projects and tasks for both Hong Kong and Mainland employees
  • Build and maintain harmonious employee relations and strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally
  • This post will work with Group HR & Admin General Manager closely
  • Designs and leads ad-hoc project as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Sustainability, Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines with at least 3 years’ of Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility/Environmental management/Training/Employee Relation relevant experience
  • Hands-on training experience in manufacturing, retail and catering industry will be definitely an advantage
  • Strong project management skill with ability to collaborate with various stakeholders 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Energetic and proactive for problem-solving & detailed-minded
  • Good attitude, positive, self motivated, analytical, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing, with knowledge in multi-media software and HRIS is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as a senior officer.
  • Occasionally travel to Dongguan
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Immediate availability is preferred
