  • Manage the responsible branch office to ensure all functional teams achieve the KPI with the best results possible.
  • Plan and set activity and revenue targets for members of the sales and operation teams
  • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for senior management in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning meetings.
  • Identify key areas for improvement in the sales and operation processes
  • Drive business growth with market opportunities and new client acquisition
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing programs in line with the Company's strategy
  • All aspects of recruitment and selection for the responsible branch office
  • Attend monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients with the industry and implement marketing campaigns to promote corporate image


  • Minimum 8-10 years in financial or insurance sector with sales management, business development or marketing experience from a reputable financial or insurance institution
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and the ability to clearly communicate complex structures and sophisticated products
  • Be familiar with organizational management and with sound understand on operating business under local regulatory frameworks
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Strong leadership skills and with personal chiasma to inspire teams
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Well-organized and be able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and excellent learning ability
  • Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, combined with excellent written and communication skills
