Working in Health & Beauty Asia and Eastern Europe Department, our Market Intelligence Manager is responsible for identifying market and customer insights to shape our own brand product development strategy for maximizing the business growth.



  • Mobilize and collaborate with other functional teams (product development, product marketing, CRM, consumer insights, digital marketing, etc.) and partner agencies to consolidate market intelligence data for different product categories
  • Drive strategic analytical reports on complex data including but not limited to internal customer data, research studies, market trend, operating environment, competitive landscape, social media response, product/channel performance and shifts in customer behaviours, etc.
  • Translate the analysis into actionable business insights with impact on business performance, e.g. identify market opportunities and threats, establish ideal product-market fit, shape the positioning and messaging for product development and marketing regarding differentiation and marketing unique value propositions
  • Write up and present findings, recommendations to business decision makers for determining the marketing penetration and product development opportunities



  • Bachelor degree in Data Analytics, Statistics or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in quantitative/qualitative market and consumer insight analysis and/or research, preferably from retail industry of FMCG or Health & Beauty
  • Attentive to details, with strong critical thinking ability and analytical skills to analyse large and complex data sets to draw strategic business insights
  • Self-motivated, independent and with sophisticated report writing and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of other analytics tools would be an advantage
  • Social Media savvy with functionality & user experience knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and YouTube is a plus
