Marketing and Administrative Executive

AAS International Properties Ltd is looking for dedicated and lively candidate who is passionate at work in the overseas property industry and is able to play as a team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the presentation/marketing materials such as PowerPoint, print advertisements, posters, leaflets etc.;
  • Responsible for social media marketing (e.g. Facebook)
  • Assist and support in different marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions etc.
  • Provide overseas properties information to the clients in a professional manner
  • Other administration and marketing tasks assigned by Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree
  • Basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or  etc.) is a MUST
  • Good in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, responsible and hard-working attitudes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in both writing and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
