Purpose        

Develop and execute marketing strategy in marketing and business development for Florentia Villages in HK; be responsible for planning, developing and directing marketing and business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the MarketingDirector by performing a plethora of tasks assigned and to ensure the coordination, planning, and execution of the marketing strategy and partnership development.
  • Work together with Deputy Center director and other team to implement marketing strategies in all aspects.
  • To lead the Marketing team in HK to develop marketing programs to bring as many footfall as possible.

  • Identifying business opportunities and pursing co-marketing partnerships opportunities with entities within relevant industry segments, including Banks, hotels, airlines, online travel agencies, tourism bureaus, MICE and Corporates , to promote the Center as top of mind shopping destination .

  • Proactively work with external partners and internal marketing team to develop and execute various awareness building campaigns, marketing programs and events contributing to sales and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining a strong team performance, by regularly reviewing KPI’s and goals against performance and realigning strategies according to results.
  • Prepare department performance reports and submit to Deputy Center Director and Marketing Director on monthly basis
  • Willing to be rotated jobs upon needs

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality or a relevant field is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years ofmarketing & partnership development experience in shopping mall or retail industry or tourism-related project management.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing discipline, strategies and tactics.
  • Proven relationship-building skills to get desired results.
  • Work with passionateoptimistic attitude, clear logical thinking.
  • Has mature personality and be able to work under pressure.

  • Strategic thinking on business goals of branding
  • Good experience and capabilities in marketing project management
  • Creative, flexible and energetic. Must have “jack of all trades attitude."
  • Good team player and good at coordination in cross-function as well as internal and external business partners.
  • Outstanding organizingand integrationskills and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Has strong sense of urgency in fast-paced environment
  • Good command in creative thinking, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command in written and verbal English and Mandarin communication
  • Solid expertise in MS Project, Photoshop, Visio, Access, Word, Excel
