The Job

  • Manage room authorizations, rates and restriction to maximize hotel room revenue
  • Ensure sales strategies and rate restrictions are effectively communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions fluctuate
  • Evaluation performance of distribution partners, seasonal promotions, contracted rates and group business
  • Prepare and analyze all appropriate reports to present at the management meetings and owner’s meetings
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence on competitors’ pricing of room, outlets, events and other facilities to facilitate business decision
  • Explore opportunities that drive profit, create value for clients, and encourage innovation; challenges existing processes / systems / products to make improvements
  • Compliance in Four Seasons Global Data Standard.  Provide guidelines and standards to ensure persistence in data quality and integrity in all S&M systems and applications.  Perform system audit, according to S&M MOS
  • Manage Varicent, Sales Desk and Sales & Catering incentive program
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned 

The Person

  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years experience
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
  • Knowledgeable of revenue management system, property management and distribution systems, including but not limited to Opera, IDeaS, Delphi, GDS, OTA and channel manager
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office skills particularly MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and strong initiative
  • Demonstrated strong marketing sensibility and staying up to date on on-line trends
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain appropriate discretion with sensitive data.
  • Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
