Responsibilities:
Assist the development and implementation of marketing strategies for brand and product category to drive sales growth
Work closely with our chefs and R&D team to plan and support the launch of new products
Support consumer research, monitor on-going campaign, and keep accurate records of competitive activity to improve brand positioning and product trends
Support the development and execution of our all-rounded marketing and promotion campaigns for Ippudo, Dondonya, Yakiniku LIKE and other upcoming exciting new dining concepts, including but not limited to brand building, event promotions, e-marketing and social media campaigns
Responsible for store marketing initiatives including local store campaigns, new store opening, store renovation support, new product development, food promotion, press release content, merchandizing, uniforms, store ambience and other initiatives
Plan and manage the production and distribution of marketing/ promotion materials and collaterals
Support consumer research, monitor on-going campaign, and keep accurate records of competitive activity to improve brand position
Perform pre and post evaluation of brand & product performance to generate new product ideas and identify growth drivers of the brand
Assist in daily administrative duties related to marketing activities
Requirements
Degree holder of Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Japanese proficiency is not a must but will be an advantage
Passionate about Japanese food and culture
Positive, proactive and with strong sense of responsibility
Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
Collaborative working style, with the ability to build and foster strong relationships with different stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint; competence in photo-editing and other Adobe suite software is not a must but will be an advantage
