Marketing Assistant / Clerk

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the implementation of different events, seminars, promotions and marketing campaigns
  2. Maintain and update the company website, social media and design marketing related materials
  3. Contact & follow-up with customers about promotions & generate inquiries
  4. Handle customers’ enquiries and respond in an efficient & professional manner
  5. Establish and maintain current and potential client database
  6. Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required
  7. Provide administrative support for the business development

 Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  2. At least 1 year working experience in marketing / telesales is preferred
  3. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  4. Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  5. Familiar with graphics and web design software such as Fireworks, Dreamweaver is preferred
  6. Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary
  7. Pleasant, outgoing, self-motivated and independent with strong sense of responsibility
  8. Customer-oriented, mature and with good experiences in dealing with customers’ request
  9. Immediate available is preferable
  10. Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered
