You have demonstrable practical experience using MS Word and PowerPoint to create engaging professional documents, and are able to use Excel to manage events and carry out market research helping management to identify and secure new business.
You must have a professional approach, be able to prioritise tasks effectively, and work independently when required. It is essential that you are able to present a professional and positive image to clients and contacts both in person and in written and verbal communication
Experience in compiling professional proposals would be an advantage, but is not essential.
A proactive individual, you are able to identify and enhance administrative duties that need to be addressed to assist in the smooth operation of a busy office.
