Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Head of Marketing for Hong Kong, the Marketing Associate will be working closely with the marketing teams and will be responsible for social media, CRM and digital content for Deliveroo Hong Kong and will support the Head of Marketing (Hom) on marketing campaigns, analysis, reporting and restaurant relationships.

Social Media:

  • Responsible for social media, CRM & digital content for Ireland.
  • Develop and execute the day-to-day social media content calendar & create content that drives engagement and quality traffic to
  • Collaborate with the central CRM Manager to manage, create and deploy campaigns.
  • Develop as required blog production & content, in app banners, T&Cs for campaigns, voucher creation and tracking.


  • Support the Hom to develop a deep understanding of our customer base. Help identify where there are opportunities to accelerate acquisition and reduce churn across different demographics & locations and execute plans against these opportunities.
  • Execute on the monthly marketing campaign calendar.
  • Support the Hom with all day to day tasks, projects, events and campaigns.
  • Develop a strategy for merchandise to support brand campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team on a daily basis, ability to build effective relationships and produce quality work while working remotely.
  • Keep on top of marketing admin requirements such as purchase orders and invoices.


  • Responsible for weekly reporting, highlighting key findings, success and learnings.
  • Track new and existing customer behaviour (traffic, conversion, volumes) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.


  • Manage restaurant marketing activity and support the development of toolkits, merchandise, packaging and processes to improve restaurant relationships.
  • Work with our restaurant account management team to ensure they are briefed on the latest restaurant campaigns.


Must haves:

At least 2-3 years marketing/ social media experience.

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Excellent copywriting capabilities.
  • Understanding of the social media landscape and content that works on the key channels, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Strong wordsmith and great communicator.
  • Analytical skills with solid MS Excel experience.
  • Experience briefing and working on video content.
  • A self-starter with an eye for detail.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask.
  • A great attitude and willingness to work on a variety of marketing assignments.

  • Photoshop and GIF creation experience.
