Marketing & Branding Manager

  • Develop overall IP licensing & branding strategies for China market
  • Establish branding visual & design guidelines, manage branding portfolio & assets, and develop sustainable branding contents for retailing and licensing business
  • Develop and prepare all related marketing and POP materials
  • Manage various website and social media platforms
  • Work with the team to prepare licensing business proposals
  • Identify active licensees including manufacturers, wholesalers, consumer brands, online and offline retailers, and create new licensing initiatives in order to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with licensees in China to ensure the alignment between their marketing campaigns and our branding objectives
  • Require participation in exhibition or licensing events and frequent travel to China market is required


  • Higher diploma or above in marketing or design disciplines
  • Preferably 3 years working experience in branding, design, entertainment and toys business,
  • Preferably experience and skills in graphic design, video editing, branding design, packaging design and social media, etc.
  • Good branding design sense particularly in toys and edutainment products (eg toys blocks category)
  • Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
  • Good communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
