To execute and review all market communications and promotional activities to ensure the establishment of the brand image and awareness in accordance with the company’s branding strategy and business objective.
Assist in developing and proposing for the advertising and marketing plan of the company products according to different channels (or relevant markets) to raise the company’s market profile and to ensure the achievement of any agreed performance targets.
Review promotional activities for offline and online channels, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and within agreed budgets, to raise the profile of the company and increase sales in all channels (or relevant markets).
Assist in coordinating all A&P campaigns, events and activities with other managers and staff in the company to ensure that the campaigns are delivered effectively in all media platforms (or in all relevant markets).
Create marketing material (including but not be limited to presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, web content, newsletters, ads and premiums) with input from product marketing, sales and customers, while ensuring that all marketing materials and activities are in compliant with the corporate guidelines.
Respond to internal and external request to develop standardized A&P material (including sales presentations, scripts, POPs and display materials, etc.) to ensure the alignment of company’s branding strategies.
Conduct mini survey, analyze result and produce report in all relevant markets to assist the company in identifying the effectiveness of branding activities.
Maintain and update internal and external communication portals (including such as newsletters, professional media, websites and social networking pages etc.) to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of marketing information in accordance with the company’s requirements.
Handle incoming calls (mainly SNS enquires) from customers to ensure the timely response to product inquiries, complaints and problems in accordance with the required standards and relevant procedures.
Qualifications to degree level in preferably in Business Administration / Marketing or Mass Communication discipline;
Experience in Marketing Communications or Marketing; for Degree holder – 1 years in relevant field; Solid Experience in B to C Marketing Communication, Project management Solid experience in regional marketing planning;
Work independent and self-motived; Strong organizational skills; Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
Good presentation and negotiation skills;
Experience in editing content for vehicles such as product brochures, ads, newsletters, web pages, face book; Instagram and POPs. Know well of current digital & social media and maintain homepage;
Creative and target oriented;
Graphic and print production experience is preferable, including knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and experience with web production programs such as Dreamweaver;
Fluent English & Mandarin.
