Responsibilities

  • Social media platforms content management
  • Web site content management
  • Co-ordinate with graphic designer on artwork assignment
  • Prepare copies for marketing collateral
  • Prepare departmental month-end reports
  • Daily media clipping
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions as specified and to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Be the departmental champion of administrative duties
  • Follow up on ad hoc projects as assigned


Qualifications

  • Degree holder or above with major in Marketing Communications, English or Translation
  • At least 1 years relevant experience in similar capacity in hotel industry or shopping centres preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, highly independent, self-motivated and detail-orientated
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communications skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Working knowledge in PhotoShop/Illustrator is an advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates also welcomed
