The Marketing & Communications Manager will drive all aspects of the company marketing, PR and communications activities, with the target to expand brand awareness, as well as traffic and conversion in retail stores and e-commerce platforms.

This position will lead two subordinates to plan and execute marketing plans accordingly to resources available. The goal of the marketing team is to enhance brand awareness and exposure, cultivate its VIP customer base, support retail team to achieve sales target, promote the company's online presence (including e-commerce store traffic), organize events, and maintain strong relationship with media partners. The company also hopes to transform its brand from being perceived as 'mature' to more 'youthful' by engaging younger consumers.
The ideal candidate should be a '360-degree' marketing & communications professionals with experiences in online & offline marketing, as well as events & PR. Experience in high fashion retail (with at least 2 years of managerial experience) is required. Besides experience working within retail marketing, the candidate should also demonstrate track record in effective social media management (using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, website, and apps).
This position requires fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese included). Previous holders of this position are holder of university degree.
