DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize and execute various marketing and public relations campaigns (online and offline) from planning to evaluation, especially for hotel brand building and tactical rooms and F&B promotions
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and plans, including but not limited to social media, SEO and SEM with support from agencies in Hong Kong and the Mainland China.  Utilize analytics reporting tools to review campaign effectiveness and generate insights for improvement
• Assist in the production and distribution of eDM, eNewsletter and marketing collateral
• Handle hotel photo and video shooting activities and co-ordinate among hotel departments concerned and contractors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder in Marketing, Creative Media, Hotel Management, Business Translation or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of related working experience in hotel, travel or catering industries with digital marketing background a definite advantage
• Good copywriting and translation skills with overseas or mainland China exposure
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Native English and/or Putonghua proficiency highly preferred
• Excellent understanding and experience of digital marketing, SEO and SEM, including social media, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiao Hong Shu, Dianping, Weibo and Mini Program
