Marketing Director, APAC - Luxury Fashion

My client is a luxury fashion brand. To cope with their expansion in the Asia Pacific, they are looking for a Marketing Director to join their team.

*Experience in Luxury Fashion is a MUST
*Japanese speaker would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the marketing budget 
• Recommend, design and implement annual Marketing plans and strategy
• Recommend promotion strategies and develop tools to drive traffic
• Plan and implement CRM initiatives as well as develop CRM policies & guidelines
• Build and Manage customer loyalty program 
• Plan and implement media plan (online & offline) 
• Manage efficient PR plans including press release, PR events, day-to-day PR activities, media shooting
• Manage social media account 
• Work closely with global marketing team 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of above
• At least 10 years of experience in a all-round marketing role
• Experience in Luxury Fashion is a must 
• Strong Management Skill, structured and synthetic
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Knowledge in Japanese would be a plus
