  • Implementation of a vast of marketing campaigns for mobile retention in order to achieve business target
  • Provide administrative and marketing support to the marketing programs
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal departments including sales channels, IT, database marketing and marcom on end-to-end program logistics including documents preparation, system code setting, target list preparation & uploading, customer communication and program result tracking & reports
  • Monitor campaigns feedback, stock level and generate weekly reports
  • Monitor and analyze competitor’s activities as well as overall market environment
  • Handle voucher redemption, logistics and invoicing
  • Track and maintain inventory of printed collaterals, reward vouchers and premiums
  • Provide support on premium redemption and related stock management
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1-2 years’ marketing experience in marketing of telecommunications/banking/consumer goods or services
  • Aggressive and detail-minded, with excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Preferably with marketing experience in customer acquisition/ retention and marketing programs launch
  • Strong in numeric sense and detailed-oriented
  • Strong business sense with analytical abilities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
